Probably best as a route in its own right, as the line's quite different, and it's significantly harder. If you want a name, use Scud, and date of ascent 20 jul 03. FA A. Naylor. Not the most significant new route, though.

Direct finish from the normal start is 5aish but very height dependent. use a little sidepull (NOT the layaway to the right) to stand on the break and finish direct using a small lip on top.
